Who is eligible to become a seller on Coral Auctions?
We are dedicated to maintaining a marketplace of the highest quality and trust for our buyers. Therefore, only licensed businesses within the coral and marine aquarium industry are eligible to become sellers on our platform.
What does it cost to become a seller?
There is no cost to become a verified seller on Coral Auctions. We are committed to helping our sellers succeed, which is why we do not charge any listing fees or seller fees. You keep 100% of your profits.
What happens if my application is denied?
If your application is denied, we'll provide detailed feedback and guidance on how to address any issues. You can reapply after addressing the concerns.
When can I start selling on Coral Auctions?
By default, all new users are registered with buyer permissions. To begin selling, you will need to complete our seller application. Once your application is approved, your account will be upgraded with seller privileges, and you can start creating listings.
How long for my seller application to be approved?
We review all applications as quickly as possible, generally within one to two business days. You will receive an email notification with next steps, as soon as your application has been processed.
How do I collect payments for my sales?
We use a direct payment system. Buyers pay you directly at the moment of purchase through your own integrated Stripe or PayPal account. To get started, you will need to connect your preferred payment processor in your Seller Dashboard.
